here is where you pick up your avatar.  i will post your avatar here once i’m done with it.

 I’VE FOUND MY AVATAR BUT DON’T KNOW HOW TO PICK IT UP!

you click on the picture then right click it then click save picture as then write your name for the picture. then log in go to my account click edit profile then click your profile and you click browse and find your picture and open it. then click upload and crop your avatar. Next save it and then you should see it around wordpress!
